1. What this policy covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser technologies used on the PLEIRAUM website and application. Some information is stored in localStorage or sessionStorage rather than in an HTTP cookie. PLEIRAUM is operated by Yn D'sign EOOD (Уай Ен Дисайн ЕООД), EIK/UIC 204661192, Sofia, Bulgaria.
2. Necessary technologies
The october_session cookie supports sessions, sign-in and security. The application also uses browser session storage for navigation state. During playback, a session identifier and an installation identifier help operate and protect licensed service access, including reviewing unusual simultaneous use. These functions do not depend on Analytics consent. They are not used for advertising or browser fingerprinting.
3. Optional analytics
With your choice, PLEIRAUM records more detailed first-party product analytics, including category, section and playlist selections, track events and playback context. This helps us understand how the catalog and player are used and improve the service. These optional events and details are not sent when you choose Necessary only. Basic playback-operation and service-protection signals continue, without the optional catalog and track detail.
4. Browser storage we use
pleiraum_privacy_choice_v1 in localStorage remembers your choice for up to 180 days. __pr_nav_v1 in sessionStorage keeps in-app navigation working. __pr_analytics_session_v1 in sessionStorage identifies an in-app activity session, and __pr_playback_installation_v1 in localStorage identifies an installation for operational playback protection. The last two are created when in-app activity is recorded, not merely because you visit the homepage. LocalStorage remains until cleared by you or your browser; sessionStorage normally lasts for the browser tab's session.
5. Third-party services
Google Maps is loaded when you use the location-map feature. Paddle is used for payment checkout and billing, where available. These providers may process information and use their own technologies in connection with the feature you request. Their practices are described in their own policies; PLEIRAUM does not control browser storage on Paddle-controlled pages. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or a third-party consent-management platform.
6. Managing your choices
Choose Accept analytics or Necessary only in the first-visit banner. You can change your choice at any time through in the footer. Optional analytics is off until you opt in. Clearing site storage may cause the banner to appear again. You can also manage browser storage in your browser settings; disabling necessary storage may affect sign-in or playback.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our browser technologies or practices materially change. A material change to the consent categories will prompt a new choice.
